Experience Embodied

Prāār is an embodiment of the diverse experience of our consultants. It focuses on the 3Hs - Healthcare, Hospitals and Community Health.

Dr. Rajiv Pathni, the Principal Partner, has over 3 decades of diverse healthcare leadership experience in India and abroad. An Air Force Veteran, he is an alumnus of AFMC, AIIMS (New Delhi) and IIFT (Int’l Business management). A champion of healthcare quality he is a Lead Accreditation Assessor (NABH).

He is also trained in Aerospace Medicine, Military Medicine and Emergency Medical Systems (Israel) and received a WHO Fellowship at Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine(LSTM), UK.

A strategist and solutions architect, he has spearheaded multiple projects - including a three-level cancer grid with 19 hospitals in a distributed care model. He has also successfully transformed healthcare organizations to become preferred referral centers.
